Cobbler

  • flour = 240 grams
  • sugar (I used granulated) = 200 grams
  • baking powder = 10 grams
  • salt = 3 grams
  • butter = 170 grams
  • I used cream instead of milk
  • I added 1 tablespoon of Amarena cherry syrup

Filling

  • I used granulated sugar = 200 grams
  • cornstarch = 23 grams

The Results

My rating of this recipe is 5 out of 5. I did make the mistake of mixing my cobbler ingredients too much. For a true cobbler it should be like biscuits on top of fruit. Mine, was more like a crisp, mind you it was still delicious.
