Today we review Pistachio Blondies from Jam Bake by Camilla Wynne, found on page 157.

This blondie is quite addictive, it would also be lovely with any other nut. I think I will bake again with almonds and cherry jam.

My rating of this recipe is 5 out of 5. I just sprinkled with some icing sugar, but you could definitely fancy these squares up with some whipped cream or maybe crème fraiche.
