Whenever you mix chocolate and strawberries together it can’t be anything but delicious.

Please weigh your ingredients

  • I choose to make strawberry jam instead of apricot

  • line your pan with parchment paper so brownies are east to remove from pan

The Results

My rating of this recipe is 5 out of 5. I added a ganache topping - see below

  • 100 grams semi-sweet chocolate 
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  1.  put chocolate in a heatproof bowl
  2. heat cream until just simmering 
  3. pour cream over chocolate and let rest for 5 min
  4. stir until smooth

I topped each brownies with a strawberry cream truffle .
